Restoring Natural Breathing
Your breathing is a hugely repetitive coordination of muscle and fascia and bones, organised by the nervous system. Breathing habits built up over years will either have a positive or a destructive influence on body structure, movement, mood and body chemistry, as well as stamina strength and performance.
Many people have lost the connection with their Breathing Diaphragm. When properly engaged, the Diaphragm not only initiates every in-breath, it also provides vital structural support to spinal curves, and lift to the entire torso, neck and head.
I help people to rebalance many breathing difficulties including:
- anxiety driven upper-chest breathing
- asthmatic patterns
- hyperventilation
- breath holding
- reduced breath capacity and collapsed upper body structures
There is much confusion around what “good breathing” actually is, and there are many breathing “techniques” that may or may not be useful for you.
So, we will work together to restore natural and adaptable breathing that works for in all of your real-life situations.
