Living Within Our Natural Environment:

We are incredible intelligent adaptive responsive beings who rely on the natural world around us to survive and thrive. The more we remove and isolate ourselves from nature, we remove the very stimuli that keep us healthy and vital. Interesting to note that the more removed we are the more we tend to destroy the natural world that supports our life here on the Earth.

Our bodies are largely water immersed in a matrix of different tissue structures that require ongoing movement, warmth, exertion and rest, in order to function and regenerate optimally. From our soil and water we get our nutrition and hydration to fuel our moving bodies. Digestion is an ongoing orchestration of movement and assimilation and then letting go of what we don’t need.

We all breathe the same air that encircles the planet. Every breath is an opportunity to both energise ourselves, and then to release and let go.

When we are all more deeply connected to ourselves, then using our innate intelligence, our body sense, plus our deep connection to nature then we have the opportunity to self-organise at a higher level, to improve our ongoing health and wellbeing, and nourish relationships with the people and the world around us.
